Once your application is complete (i.e. all documents are duly and timely provided) and a video conference call was done with one of our representatives for identity verification, the next step will be to review your application and set up your OPAL account. This process may take between 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time of applications submitted by Singapore incorporated entities is usually shorter than applications submitted by entities not incorporated in Singapore.
Due to the current high demand, we are expecting some delay on reviewing some of the applications.
