OPAL will send you notifications through emails about the following activities:
- If the transfer has been processed, we will send you an email when we send out your transfer. Please note that this does not mean that the transfer has reached the recipient yet.
- If there is an issue with your transaction, our customer success team will contact you to notify about the detail.
- We currently do not notify you about a cancelled transfer.
Please note that the emails will be sent to the business primary contact email address as per registered during onboarding stage. If you have not received any email after creating a transfer, kindly check your spam folder in case it has been sent there.
